Whole Body Workout

When you're short on time, here's a few quick workouts that target your WHOLE body. If you do it right, it only takes 15-30 minutes out of your day AND believe me, you will be sore! 




This exercise is NO JOKE. I aim for 3 sets of 30 seconds each. 

Legs, butt, back, core, AND arms.
