Let's get physical, physical!






My motivation for weightloss is at an all time high right now and exercise goes hand in hand with weightloss. I don't have a set gym schedule because my work schedule is all over the place. It's best to work out in the morning but those mornings that I can't drag myself out of bed at 6 a.m. you can count on me being in the 6 p.m. spin class. 








Every week, I do a minimum of 4 hours of cardio and a maximum of 6-7 hours of cardio.

 For resistance training, to be honest, I am lazy. I go to body pump so I don't have to think about weights and reps. There is an awesome instructor who tells me when to lift what. 

For cardio, I do a mix of the following:

1. 60 minute Spin Class 



2. Walk at an incline on the treadmill.



3. Walk/Run on the treadmill.
